the information you have provided, is not enough to suggest any activity or calorie cuts as the guess work could be injurious.
you must tell your height, weight, body type, any disease if you are suffering from, as well as how much active you are during whole day.
but you can understand a simple formula- take balanced diet and do some activity to burn extra calories.
balanced diet means carbohydrate, protein, fats, minerals, vitamins in right proportion as per your requirement.
do not take more calories than required.
